Instructions: Stick one half to the top of the door frame, Puncture a hole in the other half and knot elastic through it (where the knot will go between the two velcro coins), Sew a cat toy to other end of elastic, Cut the elastic near the top/door and attach a break-apart safety clip in it to avoid any accidents.
